Every build starts with the exhaust as its voice. Our performance exhaust systems are fabricated in-house from aircraft-grade steel, shaped to extract maximum power while carrying the raw, unmistakable tone that defines an Iron Vale motorcycle.

Our master fabricators hold TIG welds to tolerances measured in thousandths of an inch. Each joint is stress-tested before the bike ever sees paint, because beauty begins in the structural layer.

Hand-Built Frames

Every frame is fabricated from scratch in our East London workshop. No off-the-shelf donor frames. Just raw steel, skilled hands, and a design drawn specifically for you.

Precision Engineering

Tolerances held to the thousandth. Our fabricators are trained in aerospace and motorsport. The same care that goes into a race car goes into your motorcycle.

Premium Materials

Chromoly steel, Connolly leather, titanium fasteners, hand-polished aluminium. We source only materials that age with dignity and perform under pressure.

Iron Vale was founded in 2009 in a rented arch under the Hackney overground. What started as a single builder restoring old British bikes has grown into a six-person workshop producing some of the most refined custom motorcycles in the country.

We believe that London, gritty, fast and relentless, is the ideal city to build performance motorcycles. That tension between refinement and rawness is at the heart of everything we make.

Each build takes between four and eight months. Each one is yours from the first sketch to the final test ride. We don't build bikes in batches. We build yours.
